CAN A WOMAN BE STRONG,INDEPENDENT AND SUBMISSIVE AT THE SAME TIME?

My Answer is "yes".

Women are mysteriously designed to fit into numerous roles in life. They can multitask, yet productive in each task.

Acknowledging if a woman can be simultaneously strong, independent and submissive depends in people's perspectives, beliefs, reasoning and personal opinions, Including the woman in questions.

Some people believe that a woman can be strong and submissive, but she can't be submissive if she is independent (what do these terms means?)An in depth understanding of each individuals will throw more light on the possibility of combining these there unique traits as a woman.

STRONG: A woman has the natural ability to be strong. This is because her creator knows she has great roles and responsibility to play in the destiny of others she is a life giver after God.She carries lives in her womb, she feed lives with her hands, nurtures lives with her care and sees to it that it is well with lives with her prayers and care.

Being aware of  this,a woman needs to be strong emotionally, spiritually, mentally, intellectually, financially, socially and physically.she needs to equip her self with great achievable visions, confidence dignity and self love.

INDEPENDENT: This means not needing to wait for anyone before taking crucial decisions/steps in achieving an "urgent" goal. This however doesn't interpret to mean that the support and advice of others will not sought or welcomed. "No man is an island".

Being independent also means having the confidence, courage and strength to voice out your own thought and opinions, having the capacity (financial, mental, physical and other wise) to do the things that you want to do on your own ways.

It is apparent from our understanding above that a woman who wants to be strong must also or first be independent, she need to be independent in building her own empire which will be a supportive edge to her home.

SUBMISSIVE: Submission is God's own principle for marriage. A woman has to be completely submissive to her husbands, irrespective of her position, status and achievements.

Being submissive is recognizing and acknowledging superior authority and according the respect due to them.

Some people feel that an independent woman cannot be submissive. Being independent does not stand in the way of being submissive. And dependence does not equate submissiveness.
One can be dependent on people for money, advice/assistance, yet not submissive to them i.e: doesn't respect or submit to them.
For example some of our youth may depend on their parent for school Fees and all,but that does not mean they respect or obey them in all ways.

Examples of women in the bible that were strong, independent and submissive.
i)Esther
ii)Deborah
iii)The proverbs 31 woman

An Example in Nigeria is Mrs Folorunsho Alakija.

Conclusion: Gods' wisdom is needed to be able to combined and balance these three things, because some women in a bid to be strong and independent tend to become  insubordinate.

I acknowledge everyone that contributed to this write up. God bless and continue to increase you in wisdom.

Love needs shelter, In the lonely cold night all I could hear was a loud voice which screamed out aloud. Love is cold Love cries Love pants Love is faint Love shields tears Love is scared Love can see dark shadows. All that the moonlight could see was that love needs a shelter Love embraces the cold wind Love is close to the moon light Love is close to the starlight. Love needs shelter, Love needs her voice to be heard. Let's not think about ourselves only, let us give shelter to others through love in any little way we can afford. #Nanatalk# #Windofglory#

Who can stop the sun from shinning?

Who can stop the sun from shinning? The sun stands alone Yet it shines greatly The stars sparkle in the night The moonlight glows in the night The gentle breeze blows the sea to and fro The waterfall gushes without ceasing Storms comes day in day out Storms can't hold the ocean Smile holds no edge The candle light sparkles brightly We strive to a path we can't reach To arrive at an unknown destination A faith full of hope A heart full of love The thin air that we breathe in and out Is what keeps us alive When the storm rises We get frightened Our mind is full of anxiety But we often forget that We can't stop the sun from shinning He made all things beautiful The Creator of heaven and earth He made the sun to rule over the day; his love is eternal; Psalm 136:8 GNT #Nanatalkpeom# #windofglory#

PLEASE PRAY FOR ME

"PLEASE PRAY FOR ME" - THE STORY OF A YOUNG LADY (SPOKEN WORDS) People who knew me thought I was saved, I wore so many beautiful clothes in beautiful styles, I had clear vision, I had dreams with high hopes, but my relationship with God wasn't reflecting His ways nor giving him glory. Friends who knew me in church called me a faithful believer, I always smiled at that, but deep down inside of me, I knew I was helpless and wasn't saved. I usually stayed at the corner of church, crying in my mind day in day out; then I asked myself one day, "when will I be free, when we I surrender my ways to God"? I kept on hoping, but months turned into weeks and weeks turned into day; then I asked myself again, "when will I be free from this self guilt, is it when there's no more breath in me? I went to church on that day and altar call was made, but I refused to go out. I wondered what people will say or what friends will think about me, but then I buried my...
